A New Year, 2017

Fáilte ar ais! What a wonderful way to start a new school year! Congratulations and well done to the Galway Senior Hurlers from everyone at Craughwell NS.

As the new Principal here in Craughwell I wish to take a moment to thank everyone in the school Community for being so friendly and welcoming in the few days so far. I am looking forward to working here in such a wonderful school where the children are so hard working, polite and friendly and the staff are so dedicated and professional. I would also like to thank the former principal Mr Mannion for being so helpful and accommodating. It is also worth pointing out to the wider School Community how well the school has been run over the past few years and this resulted in an excellent Whole School Evaluation report from the inspectorate.

Here’s to a wonderful year ahead.

Le meas,

Liam Mitchell
